Health and Safety is Our Priority.

Health and Safety Seal

Federal law requires properly worn facemasks while riding the bus or waiting for the bus at an indoor facility. This also applies to individuals who are fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Learn more about the federal order here.

Our system earned the American Public Transportation Association (APTA) National Health & Safety Seal of Commitment. It means we’re following official COVID-19 guidelines and working diligently to put health and safety first— yours AND our drivers’.

What We’re Doing:

  • Following official guidance from our state and local health departments.

  • Enhanced daily cleaning and sanitizing procedures.

  • Providing hand sanitizer and/or wipes on buses and in transit centers.

  • Making facemasks available on all buses.

  • Installing operator barriers on all buses.

  • Implementing facemask and distancing requirements for employees.

  • Daily health and symptom screenings for our employees.

  • Providing employees with masks, gloves, and cleaning supplies.

How You Can Help:

  • Do not ride if you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19. Passengers experiencing COVID-19 symptoms with no other travel options are asked to use On-Demand service for essential travel by dialing 435.640.7819.

  • Federal law requires that you wear a mask that completely covers your mouth and nose while riding or waiting for the bus. This also applies to individuals who are fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

  • Board and exit through the rear door to protect our drivers, unless you need the ramp or bus to be lowered at the front door.

  • Allow others to exit before boarding, please.

  • Check for crowded buses before you ride. If possible, take the next bus if yours is too full to keep your distance from others.

  • Please follow all posted notices and guidelines, including those by our state and local health departments.
