On February 13, 2020, PEG Companies submitted an application to the Planning Department to amend the previously approved 1998 Park City Mountain Resort (PCMR) Development Agreement, and to replace Exhibit D of the Agreement, the PCMR Base Area Master Plan Study, with a new Base Area Lot Redevelopment Master Plan Study.

Planning Commission Review
The Planning Commission will begin their review of this project at their regularly scheduled July 22, 2020 meeting.  The Planning Department intends to break the project up into topics for specific Planning Commission meeting dates after the initial meeting in May, and anticipates the review process to last throughout the fall. These meetings will be viewable from the City’s main webpage under the Current Public Meeting Listen Live tab in the upper left hand corner of the homepage, and click on the "In Process" link once the meeting has started.
