The Land Management Code is enacted to implement the goals and policies of the Park City General Plan to promote and enhance the vitality and character of our unique mountain town, while protecting the health, safety, and welfare of our community and visitors. The Code outlines protections for the historic character of Old Town, and creates parameters for development that preserves environmentally sensitive lands, open space, and the unique urban scale of Park City.
