Rebecca joined the Planning Department in 2019 and focuses on land use policy, annexations, master planned developments, and Land Management Code amendments.

Rebecca loves to travel. Originally from Southern Utah, she studied abroad in two countries, lived in five states, and settled on the east coast for 15 years. But when she drove past the McPolin Barn and into Park City for the first time, she knew she found her home for a long while to come.

Levi is the first point of contact for the planning department, answering resident questions and preparing planning applications. He also coordinates Boards & Commissions meetings, public notice postings, and responds to GRAMA requests.

Alex focuses on the larger Master Planned Development projects including both base area developments. Outside of work she is a free ski tiger mom originally from Boston and enjoys traveling, camping and kittens.

Caitlyn specializes in Historic Preservation applications and Preservation efforts throughout Park City. She received her Master of City and Metropolitan Planning Degree and Graduate Certificate in Historic Preservation from the University of Utah. When she’s not geeking out over old structures she is usually enjoying a cup of coffee and spending time with her dogs.

Spencer assists the Planning Department with Land Use Applications, the Park City Sign Code, and permitting for the Sundance Film Festival. His education includes a B.A. in Asian Studies, Chinese Language Emphasis, a Graduate Certificate in Ecological Planning, and a master’s in city and Metropolitan Planning from the University of Utah. Spencer loves the local food scene and growing coffee culture.

Lillian works on a variety of planning applications, as well as internal projects for the department. She focuses on architectural design and preserving open space. She graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in Urban Ecology.

Virgil's skills are utilized on a variety of planning applications. He recently graduated from the University of Utah where he earned his Master’s in City and Metropolitan Planning. Prior to that he completed his bachelor’s degree at Brigham Young University studying Geographic Information Systems.

When Virgil takes a break from Land Management Review, he can be found in Deer Valley on his skis or mountain bike.

Heather is the non-historic Building Permit Plan Reviewer and Inspector for the Planning Department. She has experience from working with our PCMC Building Department and is also a Licensed Limited Residential Building Inspector. In her free time Heather enjoys spending time gardening in her greenhouses, biking with her husband and dogs, back country skiing and wine tasting.

Jaron joined the Planning Department in 2019 as the department archivist and has begun processing Sign and Plat Amendment Applications.  Having lived in Park City his whole life, Jaron is the team's local resident expert. After graduating, Jaron attended Westminster College in Salt Lake City studying Political Science. Jaron assists with the archiving process ensuring the Department meets state legal standards. He also played a role in the 2021 update of the Historic Sites Inventory.
