The Dining Deck program began in 2010 and is now in its 14th year. The program creates a balance between adding vibrancy and private activation of public property with other needs such as public parking.

Annually the City allows up to 12 dining decks on Main Street. In 2023, according to the Operational Restrictions, restaurants can place decks from May 1-October 30, and must serve two meal services seven days a week, unless otherwise approved by City Council.

Each dining deck requires an Administrative Conditional Use Permit, Lease with the City approved by City Council, Building Permit, Business License extension and fees paid before installing the dining deck.

• 562 Main - Fletchers *not a deck, a back patio
