PCMC is inviting proposals from qualified persons or firms (“Respondent”) to design and produce the following:
Art to Commemorate the 2025 Annual Cindy Matsumoto Historic Preservation Award Winner, 517 Park Avenue
PROPOSALS DUE: By 5:00 p.m. MST, Friday, March 28, 2025
Submit proposals electronically via email to Jacob Klopfenstein, jacob.klopfenstein@parkcity.org, or via Utah Public Procurement Place (“U3P”). Please note that our email inboxes cannot receive messages larger than 8 MB. For large attachments, please email a Dropbox, Google Drive, or similar link.
Submit proposals physically to PCMC, Attn: Planning Department c/o Jacob Klopfenstein, 445 Marsac Avenue, Park City, UT 84060. The proposals will be opened after the submission deadline.
In the event of difficulty submitting proposals electronically, proposals can be dropped off at the office of the City Recorder, located at 445 Marsac Avenue, Third Floor – Executive Department, Park City, UT 84060. Proposals submitted to the City Recorder must be delivered on a zip drive. No paper copies may be submitted.
A copy of the RFP can be obtained as of Friday, February 28, 2025, from PCMC, 445 Marsac Avenue, Park City, Utah, OR via emailing Jacob Klopfenstein, Planner I, at jacob.klopfenstein@parkcity.org; OR by obtaining it electronically via www.parkcity.org.
QUESTIONS: All questions regarding this RFP must be emailed directly to jacob.klopfenstein@parkcity.org or submitted via U3P by 5:00 p.m. MST on Friday, March 7, 2025. Proposals will remain valid for 90 days after submission. PCMC reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received for any reason. Furthermore, PCMC reserves the right to change dates or deadlines related to this RFP. PCMC also reserves the right to waive any informality or technicality in proposals received when in the best interest of PCMC.
