REQUEST FOR STATEMENTS OF QUALIFICATIONS (“RSOQ”)

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: PCMC is inviting statements of qualification (“SOQs”) from persons or firms (Respondent) to develop a three-year transportation focused approved vendor list also called the General Transportation Services Consultant Pool (“Pool”). The Pool seeks qualified providers in the areas of: Survey, Market Analysis, Transportation Planning, Transportation Grant Writing, Engineering Design, Project Management, Construction Engineering Management, and Transit Planning and Design (the “Work Disciplines”). PCMC encourages qualified consulting firms interested in providing services to the City to submit SOQs for one or more Work Disciplines in accordance with their expertise and interest. PCMC intends to contract with several firms or a single firm to provide the services on an as-needed basis continuing for a term of three years. No guarantee of the actual service/product requirement is implied or expressed by this RSOQ or the resulting agreements. Service requirements will be determined by actual need.

QUESTIONS: All questions regarding this RSOQ must be submitted in writing via U3P by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, February 19, 2024. Please do not submit the same question multiple times. All questions and answers will be treated as public; questions and responses will be posted at least 48 hours prior to the due date.

STATEMENTS OF QUALIFICATION DUE: By Monday, March 4, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. (AMENDED SUBMISSION DEADLINE). Submit statements electronically via Utah Public Procurement Place (“U3P”). The statements will be opened after the submission deadline.

 This event was addendum on February 15 to extend to opening period for submissions from February 26, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. to March 4, 2024 at 5:00p.m.
