ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed Bids for the construction of the Main Street Water Replacement Phase 1 will be received by Griffin Lloyd, Public Utilities Engineer, Park City Municipal Corporation, Public Utilities Department, 1053 Iron Horse Drive, Park City, Utah 84060 by 3:00 PM local time on Thursday February 22, 2024. Bids will then be publicly opened and read at 3:05 p.m.
The Project consists of Installation of approximately 1,000 feet of 10-inch PVC C900 pipe and appurtenances within Park City Main Street from Heber Avenue to 5th Street. All work shall conform to PCMC Design Standards, Specifications, and Standard Drawings, unless otherwise indicated.
Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis.

Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents, at no cost, by emailing Griffin Lloyd at the Issuing Office at griffin.lloyd@parkcity.org. Following registration, complete sets of Bidding Documents will be emailed from the Issuing Office as “zipped” portable document format (PDF) files. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder’s date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of the Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office.
Bid security shall be furnished by a certified or cashier’s check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid price payable to PARK CITY MUNICIPAL CORPORATION as a guarantee that the Bidder, if its Bid is accepted, will promptly execute the contract, provide evidence of insurance, and furnish a satisfactory faithful performance bond in the amount of 100% of the total bid price and a payment bond in the amount of 100% of the total bid price.
Park City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any minor irregularities in any proposal.
