Project Name: Conservation Easement Monitoring 2021

Project Location: Park City, Utah

Project Description: Park City Municipal Corporation (“PCMC” or the “City”) is seeking request for qualifications (“RFQ”) from certified Land Trusts to provide services associated with independent third-party monitoring services.


RFP Available: A copy of the RFP will be available November 8, 2021, and can be obtained either electronically by emailing Heinrich Deters, Trails and Open Space Manager, at Specifications will be available via email request from November 8, 2021, until November 23, 2021.

Proposals Dues: By 2:00 p.m. (MST) on November 23, 2021 via email to Heinrich Deters, Trails and Open Space Manager, at Due to email size limits it is recommended that proposals be submitted using a file hosting service.


All questions shall be submitted via email to no later than November 15, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. (MST).


Park City Municipal Corporation reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received for any reason. Furthermore, PCMC reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any minor irregularities in any proposal.
