Annexation Petition Services (Non-Bid)

Park City Municipal Corporation (“PCMC”) is seeking consultant services to submit all necessary applications and forms associated with annexing property currently identified within the City’s annexation property plan and specifically, city-owned property and property not intended for development, so as to provide associated services identified as part of the City’s planning and preservation objectives.
RFP AVAILABLE:
A copy of the RFP will be available September 27, 2019, and can be obtained electronically by emailing Heinrich Deters, Trails, Real Estate and Open Space Manager, at hdeters@parkcity.org or in person at Park City Municipal Corporation, 445 Marsac Ave., Third Floor, Sustainability Department, Park City, UT 84060. Specifications will be available at the above location or via email request from September 27, 2019, until October 11, 2019.
PROPOSAL DUES: By 2:00 p.m. on October 11, 2019 hand delivery to Heinrich Deters, Trails, Real Estate and Open Space Manager, Park City Municipal Corporation, 445 Marsac Avenue, Third Floor, Sustainability Department, Park City, UT 84060, OR via email to hdeters@parkcity.org.
PROJECT LOCATION: Park City, Utah
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Proposals to PCMC shall outline an approach to the following needs and shall include total costs, meetings, public meeting presentations and required documentation and deliverables to perform all work identified in the Annexation Petition Application and subsequent approval process. The proposals should also identify an hourly cost(s) to provide any additional services to complete the annexation petition and process beyond what is anticipated in the stated scope.

Park City Municipal Corporation reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received for any reason. Furthermore, the City shall have the right to waive any informality or technicality in proposals received when in the best interest of the City.
In the absence of the project manager, proposals should be dropped off to the City Recorder, located at 445 Marsac Avenue, Third Floor – Executive Department, Park City, UT 84060.
