Prequalification Announcement: This will be the only opportunity for potential bidders to be “Prequalified”
to bid on the above referenced project.
North Ridge Construction is pleased to announce that they have been selected as the CMAR (Construction
Manager At Risk) for the above referenced project. Bidding will be accomplished through phased bidding
packages to meet an aggressive construction schedule. Due to the schedule and the complexity of the project
– potential bidders must be “Prequalified” prior to the bidding process.
Project Overview: The project location is 1053 Iron Horse Drive, Park City, UT 84060. The project scope
includes the complete renovation of approximately 6,000 square feet of existing building. The project may
also include the remodel/renovation of 2 separate areas that are in close proximity to the “Bus Barn”.

If you are Interested in bidding on certain trades for this project must fill out and submit the “Subcontractor
Prequalification Package” on or before June 14th 2019.
North Ridge Reserves the Right to extend this deadline if deemed appropriate to do so.

Preparation of Prequalification Documents: All costs related to the preparation of the prequalification
documents and any North Ridge related documents or activities are the sole responsibility of the Bidder. Park
City and North Ridge assume no liability for any costs incurred by bidder throughout the entire selection
process.
Information Made Public: Even after the Bidders are Prequalified, no information regarding the
Prequalification Documents will be made public until a formal contract has been signed between the bidder
and North Ridge.

 

Invitation to be Prequalified to Bid on the Park City Public Utilities and Public Works “Bus Barn” Building Renovation project located at 1053 Iron Horse Drive, Park City, Utah 84060. This will be the only opportunity for any contractor not already pre-qualified with North Ridge Construction Inc., to be prequalified for this project.  North Ridge Construction Inc., has been selected as the Construction Manager at Risk by Park City Municipal Corporation for the project.  Prequalification Forms must be completed and submitted by June 14, 2019.  For more information contact Ross Barrell, North Ridge Construction at ross@northridgegc.com.  The project scope includes the renovation of approximately 6,000 square feet of an existing building and may include the remodel of an adjacent building at the same address.  The prequalification is for various trades, but not limited to demolition, concrete, steel, woodwork, carpentry, insulation, roofing, siding, doors, windows, framing, gypsum board, tile, flooring, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, fire protection systems, and utilities. North Ridge Construction reserves the right to reject any and/or all qualifications or waive any informalities, inconsistencies or technicalities in the qualifications.
