The PC MARC Corporate Wellness program helps local businesses encourage a healthy and active lifestyle for their employees.  Interested business owners/managers should complete the application below.  Upon approval any employee that shows a current (within 30 days) pay stub or employee ID is eligible to receive the discount.

By checking the box below I agree to communicate the benefits of the PC MARC Corporate Wellness Program and its requirements to my employees, including:

1) Current employees of an approved business are eligible for 20% off a 1-month or 3-month facility pass.  Class add-on available for an additional fee.  

2) Proof of employment, such as a current pay check stub or dated employee ID, must be presented to receive the discount.  

3) Facility passes include use of running track, weights & cardio equipment, seasonal pools, bouldering wall and gymnasium.  Group fitness classes, tennis & pickleball courts, programs and childcare are available at an additional cost.
