Two Week Look Ahead Schedule
Empire Avenue Residents & Property Owners:
Below is a construction update & two week look ahead schedule:
Construction Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Week of November 5th
• Crews will complete water line installation from 15th to Manor Way.
• Crews will be completing concrete work from 15th to Manor Way.
Week of November 11th (Final clean-up items before winter)
• Crews will be completing sidewalk from 15th to Manor Way.
• Crews will pave and connect driveways to the roadway.
• Crews will clean up Empire Avenue for the season.
NOTE: Construction work will be heavy between Manor Way and 10th Street, parts of Empire Avenue will be CLOSED during 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM daily. Residents who will be affected by this closure will receive a notice on their door and will need to relocate their vehicles. Residents are encouraged to park on Norfolk Avenue or Lowell Avenue during these hours.
Special Considerations - Due to the depth and alignment of the utilities to be installed, rolling road-closures will be required for efficiency and speed of the project as well as to provide safety for those in the area. This schedule is subject to change due to weather or equipment conditions.
