Park City is developing a Small Area Plan for Bonanza Park and Snow Creek (Bonanza Park Small Area Plan) to address the planning needs and policy goals of residents, business owners, and stakeholders. 

A 10-month process, this work will result in a long-range vision for the neighborhood that considers land use, transportation, mobility, placemaking, connectivity, and parks and open spaces. This effort will focus on a 200-acre Study Area bound by Park Avenue, Deer Valley Drive, Bonanza Drive, Prospector Square, and the Park City Cemetery toward Snow Creek Drive. Furthermore, the Area Plan will consider the neighborhood’s connections and transitions to its nearby communities, and its positioning within Park City.
