NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Redevelopment Agency of Park City, Utah (the “Agency”) will hold a public hearing on November 29, 2012 at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council chambers located at 445 Marsac Avenue, Park City, Utah to consider an Amendment to the Redevelopment Plan for the Lower Park Avenue Redevelopment Project adopted October 18, 1990 (the “Project Plan Amendment”) for the Lower Park Avenue Redevelopment Project Area (the “Project Area”). For a specific description of the boundaries of the Project Area, to be provided at no charge by mail or facsimile transmission, please contact Bret Howser at (435) 615-5181 or see Resolution No. RDA 04-90 for more information. The Project Plan Amendment would extend the time that the Agency receives tax increment revenues from the Project Area from annual taxes collected through the 2030 tax year, remove the time limit for when bonds may be issued by the Agency to finance redevelopment projects and remove the time limit for use of tax increment from the Project Area. The Project Plan Amendment is available for inspection at the Agency’s office located at 445 Marsac Avenue, Park City, Utah 84060 during regular business hours. Interested persons may appear at the public hearing and comment on the Project Plan Amendment, including whether it should be revised, approved or rejected. 

Any person objecting to the Project Plan Amendment or contesting the regularity of any of the proceedings to adopt the Project Plan Amendment may appear at the hearing to show cause why the Project Plan Amendment should not be adopted. Interested persons are invited to submit comments to the Agency concerning the Project Plan Amendment before the date of the hearing at the Agency’s office at 445 Marsac Avenue, Park City, Utah 84060.
