There is one (1) Board of Adjustment (BOA) position available for re-appointment as of June, 2012. BOA members are appointed for terms of five years. Board members are required to be residents of Park City proper.

The Board meets at 5:00 p.m. on the 1st and/or 3rd Tuesday of the month as needed. On average the BOA meets 4-8 times a year.

This is a Board created pursuant to the Utah Code to hear and decide on Appeals for zoning decisions and Special Exceptions and Variances to the terms of the Land Management Code.
