In recognition of the ongoing nationwide trend to dine outdoors, Park City Municipal Corporation has created the opportunity for restaurant owners to utilize a portion of the Main Street right-of-way for outdoor dining decks.

Street dining may be permitted for your existing restaurant on Main Street upon the execution of a Lease Agreement between the City and the Applicant (done at a Council meeting) and the issuance of an Outdoor Dining Administrative Conditional Use Permit (CUP), to be completed through the Planning Department.

Applicants must submit an application, pay an application fee, and provide all required materials and plans as noted in the application:
