• Please allow 2 - 4 business days to process. Applications coming in after 3:00 p.m. will not be considered same day and will be reviewed the next business day.
• Traffic and safety plan required.
• Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
• $50 application fee

Flagging Personnel along with all necessary attire and signage will be in place prior to partial road closure. Additional Safety Guards and Equipment may be necessary to maximize all safety concerns which may arise.
