Refund Policies

• Cancel the court greater than 24 hrs. then no charge.
• Cancel the court within 24 hrs. patron charged. Individual that reserves the court is responsible for the charge; they can then collect from others.

Tennis Clinics & Summer Camps

• Cancel the clinic greater than 48 hrs. then full refund
• Cancel the clinic within 48 hrs. there is no refund

Private Lessons

• Patron needs to contact pro
• Cancel greater than 24 hrs. then no charge
• Cancel within 24 hrs patron is charged

Clinic Numbers
Instead of canceling clinics based on low participation, the pro will adjust the length of the clinic to the following:

If 3 or more participants then 1.5 hrs for clinic
If 2 participants then 60 min for clinic
If 1 participant then 30 min for clinic
