Park Avenue Bus Shelters Site Improvements (Sidewalk & Road work)

The project consists of furnishing all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and services required for the construction of work pertinent to installing sidewalk, curb and gutter, and roadway improvements on Park Avenue. This will be in combination with the ongoing bus shelter project.

The Engineering Department has recently started to use VPO software as way to manage and track the bidding process. If you have interest in bidding on the above projects, please email engineering_submittals@parkcity.org. Please include name, email, phone #, and the project of interest. You will receive a setup email from the VPO support team on how to create an account (in 24hrs, if you have not received the email, please verify it is not in the spam folder).  Once set up you will be able to access the bidding documentation for the desired project.

RFP Event Planner for PCMC Questions and Answers

 

The City is seeking proposals for Event Planner for Park City Municipal Corporation. Proposals are due to Park City Municipal Corporation (“PCMC”), Special Events Department, City Hall, 445 Marsac Avenue, Third Floor Park City, Utah 84060, by 5:00 PM local time, May 5, 2023.

 

Park City Municipal Corporation (“PCMC”) seeks proposals from event planners to assist with the planning, logistics, and operations of the Park City Fourth of July and Miners Day Celebrations, for the years 2023, 2024, and 2025. PCMC seeks proposals from event planners. who will manage various aspects of these events, including the organization of the parades, volunteer management, securing vendors, entertainment, planning, logistics, and execution of these events in coordination with PCMC staff. Experience in coordinating and managing large scale public events is desired. The total project maximum funds available are Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) annually.

The Request for Proposal document will be available beginning at 11:00 a.m. April 18, 2023, on the City’s website at https://www.parkcity.org/government/current-rfps-and-bids and may be obtained from Chris Phinney at Park City Municipal Corporation, via email to chris.phinney@parkcity.org. All questions shall be submitted in writing by 12:00 p.m. April 26, 2023, via email to chris.phinney@parkcity.org.
