Park City Municipal Corporation is seeking a financial audit and a single audit for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2023. The audits shall be performed in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards, as promulgated by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA); the AICPA Audits of State and Local Governmental Units audit and accounting guide; and the Government Auditing Standards, published by the U.S. General Accounting Office (GAO). For the single audit, federal compliance test work will be done in accordance with the audit requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (the Uniform Guidance). State compliance test work will be done in accordance with the State of Utah Legal Compliance Audit Guide. The audits must be completed and the reports issued on or prior to December 15.  In no case shall completion be extended past the statutory deadline of December 27.
