Park Avenue Bus Shelters Site Improvements (Sidewalk & Road work)

The project consists of furnishing all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and services required for the construction of work pertinent to installing sidewalk, curb and gutter, and roadway improvements on Park Avenue. This will be in combination with the ongoing bus shelter project.

Bid opening date: April 5, 2022

The Engineering Department has recently started to use VPO software as way to manage and track the bidding process. If you have interest in bidding on the above projects, please email engineering_submittals@parkcity.org. Please include name, email, phone #, and the project of interest. You will receive a setup email from the VPO support team on how to create an account (in 24hrs, if you have not received the email, please verify it is not in the spam folder).  Once set up you will be able to access the bidding documentation for the desired project.

PROJECT NAME: Ecosystem Health Program Coordinator 2023

PROJECT LOCATION: Summit and Wasatch County, Utah

PROPOSALS  DUE: By 11:00 am on Wednesday, March 29, 2023, via email to: Hannah.halsted@parkcity.org.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION (brief): Park City Municipal Corporation (“Park City”) seeks proposals from qualified consultants to manage, coordinate and acquire grant funding for Park City’s Ecosystem Health Program. The Ecosystem Health Program oversees the removal, treatments, and tracking of invasive plant species within city limits. The selected vendor will help determine best practices for mitigation work, including timing, treatment prescriptions and overall methodology. 

PROJECT DETAILS: Specifications for the project can be received via email request to  Hannah.Halsted@parkcity.org. Specifications will be available from March 15, 2023, until March 29, 2023.

PROPOSAL SELECTION: Proposals will be reviewed on Wednesday, March 29 at 03:00pm. A selection committee comprised Park City staff will review all submitted RFPs.
