  • Department:Budget
  • RFP Number:PCMC202321696
  • Start Date:02/10/2023
  • Close Date:03/03/2023 4:00 PM

Park City Municipal Corporation (“PCMC” or the “City”) invites proposals from qualified consulting firms to complete a compensation study.  The City has historically conducted an in-house compensation analysis.  This project would include a comprehensive study of positions and compensation, as well as analysis of current compensation design.

The objective of the City is for a service provider to perform an examination of the City’s current compensation plan and strategy, and provide recommendations on any changes that may be needed.  This will allow the City to attract and retain qualified employees who will be offered competitive compensation packages, and maintain fair salaries.  The City will consider modifying where needed to enable the City to maintain this competitive position and continue to retain a talented workforce.

Submit all questions and proposals to Sarah Mangano, Human Resources Director at Sarah.Mangano@parkcity.orgby 4:00 p.m., MST, Friday, March 3, 2023. Do not submit proposals or questions through U3P.
