Park Avenue Bus Shelters Site Improvements (Sidewalk & Road work)

The project consists of furnishing all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and services required for the construction of work pertinent to installing sidewalk, curb and gutter, and roadway improvements on Park Avenue. This will be in combination with the ongoing bus shelter project.

The Engineering Department has recently started to use VPO software as way to manage and track the bidding process. If you have interest in bidding on the above projects, please email engineering_submittals@parkcity.org. Please include name, email, phone #, and the project of interest. You will receive a setup email from the VPO support team on how to create an account (in 24hrs, if you have not received the email, please verify it is not in the spam folder).  Once set up you will be able to access the bidding documentation for the desired project.

Invitation to Prequalified Bidders Only: 9th & 10th Street Stairs and Water Improvement Project

PARK CITY MUNICIPAL CORPORATION –

 9th and 10th Street Stairs and Water Improvement Project located at
Park Avenue and 9th Street intersection, and in the undeveloped rights
of way in 9th and 10th Streets, between Park Avenue and Lowell Avenue
in Old Town Park City, Utah.  PCMC is inviting Prequalified Contractors to
bid on the replacement and construction of water lines and the construction
of stairs in the 9th and 10th Street undeveloped rights of way in Park City, Utah.
Bids will be in accordance with the Invitation to Bids and Contract Documents
as prepared for the project by Alliance Engineering.

Sealed bids for the construction of the 9th & 10th Street Stairs and Water
Improvements project must be submitted to Matt Twombly, Senior Project Manager,
Park City Municipal Corporation, Third floor, Office of Sustainability, 445
Marsac Avenue, Park City, Utah 84060, by 4:00 p.m. local time on Monday,
February 13, 2023. At 4:10 PM that same day and place, bids will be publicly
opened and read aloud.

Bidding Documents will be available January 23, 2023, and may be obtained from
Alliance Engineering, Inc., via email to: michael@alliance-engr.com or
zachary@alliance-engr.com . 
 
A Bid Bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid is required.

Park City Municipal Corporation reserves the right to reject any and/or all
proposals or waive any informalities, inconsistencies or technicalities in the
proposals when deemed in the best interest of the Park City Municipal
Corporation.
 
In the absence of the project manager, proposals should be dropped off to the
City Recorder, located at 445 Marsac Avenue, Third Floor – Executive
Department, Park City, UT 84060.
