Notice to Drone Operators: Request for Proposals for Drone Show
PCMC is inviting proposals from qualified persons or firms (“Respondent”) for a Fourth of July Drone Show.
PROPOSALS DUE: Monday, May 6 at 12:00 p.m. (noon)

PROJECT NAME: Fourth of July Drone Show
RFP AVAILABLE: The RFP will be available on April 11, 2024, on the PCMC website. Any modifications to the RFP or Responses to questions submitted will be added as an addendum to the RFP posted on the City website. It is the responsibility of Respondents to regularly check for addenda.

PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING: A pre-proposal meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 30, 2024, at City Hall, 445 Marsac Avenue, 3rd Floor, Park City, Utah, in the Marsac Executive Conference Room. Attendance is strongly encouraged for all Respondents. RSVP is required by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, April 29, 2024, to jenny.diersen@parkcity.org.

PROJECT DISCRIPTION: A drone show for public entertainment purposes for the Fourth of July Celebration on July 4, 2024-2026.
