There are two (2) Board of Adjustment (BOA) positions available. One position is for re-appointment and one is to fill an existing term. Full BOA terms are for five years. Board members are required to be residents of Park City proper.

The Board meets at 5:00 p.m. on the 3rd Tuesday of the month as needed. Special meetings may be called on the 1st Tuesday of the month. On average the BOA meets 4 - 8 times a year.

This is a Board created pursuant to the Utah Code to hear and decide on Appeals for zoning decisions and Special Exceptions and Variances to the terms of the Land Management Code.
