ADVERTISEMENT FOR REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR SOIL EXCAVATION AND REMOVAL SERVICES FOR 1875 HOMESTAKE ROAD – HOMESTAKE PARKING LOT

Park City Municipal Corporation (“PCMC”) requests proposals for Soil Excavation and Removal Services for 1875 Homestake Road – Homestake Parking Lot located at 1875 Homestake Road, Park City, Utah, 84060.

Submittals must be received by Jason Glidden, Housing Development Manager, Park City Municipal Corporation, at the Office of Community Development, 445 Marsac Avenue, Park City, Utah 84060, by 5:00 p.m. local time Friday, April 28, 2023. PCMC requests proposals from contractors experienced with a the excavation and removal of contaminated soils in accordance with the City’s Soil Ordinance. The work outlined in the RFP includes the execution of a soil remediation plan to excavate and remove soil from the property.
