Park City's future is renewable! As part of our ambitious community goal to be net-zero carbon by 2030 (municipal operations by 2022!), we are converting transportation options from oil-powered to healthier and renewable modes.
Utah is home to a rapidly expanding infrastructure to support electric vehicles (EVs). In 2018 the share of EVs went up by 70% in Utah, and is set to increase considering air quality concerns and global fuel supply issues. Installing an EV charger will attract new customers to your premises and keep our transportation dollars local.
This year Park City Municipal is installing 46 new Level 2 chargers on municipal properties, and we want to help you get some chargers installed on your premises too. We have the goal to get 100 chargers in town in 2019, and limited-time incentives are available.
Here’s how we can help:
1. We have waived all building permit fees for installation of EV charging stations.
3. We will help you through the process to access your first EV charger for free. Get in touch now!
