Art Exhibit for Sale on Public Property
Anyone with the intent of exhibiting and selling their artwork on Available City Property (defined as the green space at the northeast intersection of Park Avenue and 9th Street, owned and operated by the City, or as designated by the Planning and Zoning Administrator) during the period of May 28 through October 1 , must register at the Park City Finance Department (445 Marsac).
The following is required of all registrants:
Notarized Indemnification/Release Form (available at the Finance department).
Fees shall be waived for the one season trial period.
Registrant shall receive a copy of the Art in Park Ordinance upon registration.
Registrant may choose an area within the Available City Property on a first come, first served basis. This area must be at least 10 feet from any trees and 3 feet from the sidewalks.
