PCMC is inviting proposals from qualified persons or firms (“Respondent”) to supply four non-CDL transit cutaway buses available for use under an initial 18-month vehicle operating lease to support a new Transit to Trails service.
PROPOSALS DUE: By 1:00 p.m. on Friday, March 14, 2025. Submit proposals electronically via the Utah Public Procurement Place (“U3P”) webpage, https://utah.bonfirehub.com/portal/?tab=openOpportunities. The proposals will be opened after the submission deadline. Reference Number: PCMC2025-TRA-25105
RFP AVAILABLE: The RFP will be available on Monday, February 17, 2025 on the insert U3P website. Any modifications to the RFP or responses to questions submitted will be added as an addendum to the RFP posted on U3P Website. It is the responsibility of Respondents to regularly check for addenda.
QUESTIONS: All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing to U3P website by 1:00 p.m. on Friday, February 28, 2025. Please do not submit the same question multiple times.
PROJECT LOCATION: Park City, Utah
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Vehicle Operating Lease for four non-CDL transit cutaway buses under an initial 18-month lease, with the option to renew for an additional 18 months. Operating Lease must also include an option to purchase vehicles at the end of the initial lease term and extension, if exercised.
PROJECT DEADLINE: Delivery of all four leased vehicles is expected by June 1, 2025.
