Park City Municipal Corporation (“PCMC”) is inviting proposals from Utah licensed attorneys to preside over and issue decisions in administrative hearings. Specifically, PCMC seeks administrative hearing officer(s) with expertise in two areas: the enforcement of PCMC’s land use code, building code, and business license code; and employee appeals from suspension, involuntary transfer, or discharge.

PROPOSALS DUE: By Friday, October 25, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. MDT.

Submit proposals electronically to Utah Public Procurement Place (“U3P”). The proposals will be opened after the submission deadline.

In the event of difficulty submitting proposals electronically, proposals can be dropped off at the office of the City Recorder, located at 445 Marsac Avenue, Third Floor – Executive Department, Park City, Utah 84060. Proposals submitted to the City Recorder must be delivered on a zip drive. No paper copies may be submitted.
