REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) (NON-BID) FOR Transit Stop Amenities

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Design, fabricate, deliver, and support during the installation of transit amenities, including but not limited to transit benches, trash receptacles, ski/snowboard racks and/or bike racks for PCMC. 

PROJECT DEADLINE:  Phase I initial delivery of approximately 100-150 units is anticipated by April 1, 2025. Phase II delivery is anticipated by December 31, 2025. Phase III delivery is anticipated by December 31, 2026.

RFP AVAILABLE:  The RFP will be available on Monday, September 30, 2024, on the U3P Website. Any modifications to the RFP or responses to questions submitted will be added as an addendum to the RFP posted on the U3P Website. It is the responsibility of Respondents to check for addenda regularly.

QUESTIONS: All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing to the U3P website by 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 9, 2024. Please do not submit the same question multiple times.

PROPOSALS DUE: By Friday, October 11, 2024, at 1:00 p.m.
