Requesting Proposals for Residential Property Management Services

Park City Municipal Corporation (PCMC) is seeking property management proposals to manage between 49 employee housing units. Submittals must be received by Rhoda Stauffer, Housing Program Manager, Park City Municipal Corporation, at the Office of Community Development, 445 Marsac Avenue, Park City, Utah 84060, by 5:00 p.m. local time on October 11, 2024.  PCMC requests Proposals from experienced property management firms interested in working with PCMC. The work outlined in the RFP includes the management of residential units which are a mixture of studios, apartments, duplexes and single family homes. Request for Proposal documents may be obtained from Park City Municipal Corporation’s website (www.parkcity.org), or through the Community Development Office via email request to Rhoda Stauffer, rhoda.stauffer@parkcity.org.
