STATEMENTS OF  QUALIFICATION ("SOQs”) DUE: By 2:00 p.m. on Friday, September 29, 2023 submit SOQs electronically via email to: Becky Gutknecht, Public  Improvements Engineer, via email to: becky.gutknecht@parkcity.org. Subject line should read: SOQ – China Bridge Parking Garage Condition Assessment and Evaluation. The SOQs will be opened after the submission deadline. Submissions will remain valid for 90 days after submission.

In the event of difficulty submitting SOQs electronically, SOQs can be dropped off at the office of the City Recorder, located at 445 Marsac Avenue, Third Floor – Executive Department, Park City, UT 84060. Submissions to the City Recorder should be delivered on a zip drive. No paper copies should be submitted.

PROJECT NAME: China Bridge Parking Garage Condition Assessment and Evaluation

RSOQ AVAILABLE: The RSOQ will be available on Wednesday, September 13, 2023, via email to selected vendors pre-qualified through the Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) General Engineering Services Pool for Structures Design (Work Discipline Task 32). Any modifications to the RSOQ will be sent to all vendors invited initially to submit SOQs.

QUESTIONS: All questions regarding this RSOQ must be submitted via email to becky.gutknecht@parkcity.org by 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 20, 2023. Subject line should read: Questions - SOQ – China Bridge Parking Garage Condition Assessment and Evaluation.

All questions and answers will be treated as public; questions and responses will be provided via email to all vendors on Monday, September 25, 2023. Please do not submit the same question multiple times. 

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: PCMC is inviting SOQs from qualified persons or firms (“Respondents”) to provide structural expertise in the assessment of the current condition of the China Bridge parking structure and options for potential remediation strategies.
