PCMC, by and through its Finance & IT Departments, is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) for the submission of proposals from qualified firms capable of satisfying the City’s needs for software and professional services to implement an ERP software system. The City plans to replace its current ERP system environment with a new integrated design and adopt system functionality to support core processes. In doing so, the City seeks to address several challenges in the current environment and meet specific goals and objectives in a potential future environment.
To be considered, proposals must be submitted through Utah Public Procurement Place (“U3P”) by 4:00 p.m. on Monday, April 10, 2023. Vendors who have not previously used U3P will be required to register with the system to access and respond to the RFP. Once you've accessed U3P, search PCMC202322159 to find this event.
All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in U3P by 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 5, 2023. Please read the Questions section before submitting a question, as your issue may have already been addressed. Please allow time for an answer to be posted.
