Park Avenue Bus Shelters Site Improvements (Sidewalk & Road work)

The project consists of furnishing all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and services required for the construction of work pertinent to installing sidewalk, curb and gutter, and roadway improvements on Park Avenue. This will be in combination with the ongoing bus shelter project.

The Engineering Department has recently started to use VPO software as way to manage and track the bidding process. If you have interest in bidding on the above projects, please email engineering_submittals@parkcity.org. Please include name, email, phone #, and the project of interest. You will receive a setup email from the VPO support team on how to create an account (in 24hrs, if you have not received the email, please verify it is not in the spam folder).  Once set up you will be able to access the bidding documentation for the desired project.

Requests Statements of Qualifications (RSOQ): Employee Housing Architectural and Design and Project Application Services

Park City Municipal Corporation (“PCMC”) requests Statements of Qualifications for Architectural Design and Project Application Services for 516 Marsac Avenue – Municipal Employee Housing located at 516 Marsac Avenue, Park City, Utah, 84060.

Submittals must be received by Browne Sebright, Housing Program Manager, Park City Municipal Corporation, at the Office of Community Development, 445 Marsac Avenue, Park City, Utah 84060, by 3:00 p.m. local time Friday, March 3, 2023.

PCMC requests Statements from architects experienced with a combination of workforce/employee housing, multi-unit residential rental projects, rehabilitation of existing housing stock, and associated regulatory matters. The work outlined in the RSOQ includes the design, entitlement, and project management of a workforce multi-unit dwelling project on the property. Request for Statements of Qualifications documents may be obtained from Park City Municipal Corporation’s website (www.parkcity.org), or through the Community Development Office only via email request to Browne Sebright at browne.sebright@parkcity.org.
