Park Avenue Bus Shelters Site Improvements (Sidewalk & Road work)

The project consists of furnishing all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and services required for the construction of work pertinent to installing sidewalk, curb and gutter, and roadway improvements on Park Avenue. This will be in combination with the ongoing bus shelter project.

The Engineering Department has recently started to use VPO software as way to manage and track the bidding process. If you have interest in bidding on the above projects, please email engineering_submittals@parkcity.org. Please include name, email, phone #, and the project of interest. You will receive a setup email from the VPO support team on how to create an account (in 24hrs, if you have not received the email, please verify it is not in the spam folder).  Once set up you will be able to access the bidding documentation for the desired project.

Request for Statement of Qualifications (RSOQ): 9th & 10th Street Stairs and Water Improvement Project

PARK CITY MUNICIPAL CORPORATION – 9th and 10th Street Stairs and Water Improvement Project located at Park Avenue and 9th Street intersection, and in the undeveloped rights of way in 9th and 10th Streets, between Park Avenue and Lowell Avenue in Old Town Park City, Utah.  PCMC is soliciting SOQs from general contractors for the replacement and construction of water lines and the construction of stairs in the 9th and 10th Street undeveloped rights of way in Park City, Utah.  This RSOQ is part of a multi-stage procurement process to determine which contractors are qualified to bid on a later-issued Invitation to Bidders procurement process.

All SOQ’s must be sent via email to Matthew Twombly, Senior Project Manager at mtwombly@parkcity.org by 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 10, 2023.  Do not submit proposals in U3P.  All questions shall be submitted to U3P by 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 5, 2023.
