Park Avenue Bus Shelters Site Improvements (Sidewalk & Road work)
The project consists of furnishing all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and services required for the construction of work pertinent to installing sidewalk, curb and gutter, and roadway improvements on Park Avenue. This will be in combination with the ongoing bus shelter project.

PARK CITY MUNICIPAL CORPORATION – 9th and 10th Street Stairs and Water Improvement Project located at Park Avenue and 9th Street intersection, and in the undeveloped rights of way in 9th and 10th Streets, between Park Avenue and Lowell Avenue in Old Town Park City, Utah. PCMC is soliciting SOQs from general contractors for the replacement and construction of water lines and the construction of stairs in the 9th and 10th Street undeveloped rights of way in Park City, Utah. This RSOQ is part of a multi-stage procurement process to determine which contractors are qualified to bid on a later-issued Invitation to Bidders procurement process.
All SOQ’s must be sent via email to Matthew Twombly, Senior Project Manager at firstname.lastname@example.org by 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 10, 2023. Do not submit proposals in U3P. All questions shall be submitted to U3P by 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 5, 2023.
