Park Avenue Bus Shelters Site Improvements (Sidewalk & Road work)

The project consists of furnishing all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and services required for the construction of work pertinent to installing sidewalk, curb and gutter, and roadway improvements on Park Avenue. This will be in combination with the ongoing bus shelter project.

The Engineering Department has recently started to use VPO software as way to manage and track the bidding process. If you have interest in bidding on the above projects, please email engineering_submittals@parkcity.org. Please include name, email, phone #, and the project of interest. You will receive a setup email from the VPO support team on how to create an account (in 24hrs, if you have not received the email, please verify it is not in the spam folder).  Once set up you will be able to access the bidding documentation for the desired project.

Park City Municipal Corporation (PCMC) Clark Ranch – Land Surveying and Consultant Services project located at parcels SS-121-X and PP-26-X, US-40 West Frontage Road, Park City, Utah, 84060.

Submittals must be received by Browne Sebright, Housing Program Manager, Park City Municipal Corporation, at the Office of Community Development, 445 Marsac Avenue, Park City, Utah 84060, by 3:00 p.m. local time Friday, January 6, 2023

PCMC requests Proposals from experienced individuals or firms interested in working with PCMC. The work outlined in the RFP includes land development feasibility studies, calculation of permitting fees, and recommended zoning for affordable housing development on the site. Request for Proposal documents may be obtained from Park City Municipal Corporation’s website (www.parkcity.org), or through the Community Development Office only via email request to Browne Sebright at browne.sebright@parkcity.org.

Direct all questions concerning the project in writing to Browne Sebright, Housing Program Manager, Park City Municipal Corporation, 445 Marsac Avenue, P.O. Box 1480, Park City, Utah 84060 by 2:00 p.m., Friday, December 9, 2022, via email to browne.sebright@parkcity.org. Park City Municipal Corporation reserves the right to reject any and all proposals for any reason and to waive any minor irregularities in any submittals.
