Park City Municipal Corporation is seeking a company that provides comprehensive software for asset management for the Park City Ice Arena (“Ice Arena”), with the potential to expand to other City facilities. The desired company will provide a turnkey platform that will establish a registry of assets, including their current condition and replacement costs; facilitate inspections, preventative maintenance and work orders; budget for capital replacement; and monitor energy usage.
