Park Avenue Bus Shelters Site Improvements (Sidewalk & Road work)

The project consists of furnishing all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and services required for the construction of work pertinent to installing sidewalk, curb and gutter, and roadway improvements on Park Avenue. This will be in combination with the ongoing bus shelter project.

The Engineering Department has recently started to use VPO software as way to manage and track the bidding process. If you have interest in bidding on the above projects, please email engineering_submittals@parkcity.org. Please include name, email, phone #, and the project of interest. You will receive a setup email from the VPO support team on how to create an account (in 24hrs, if you have not received the email, please verify it is not in the spam folder).  Once set up you will be able to access the bidding documentation for the desired project.

REQUESTS FOR PROPOSALS: Mine Bench Workforce Housing Development

Park City Municipal Corporation (“PCMC”) Mine Bench Workforce Housing Development project is located at 7700 Marsac Avenue, Park City, Utah, 84060.  PCMC requests proposals from experienced individuals or firms interested in working with PCMC. The work outlined in the RFP includes design and construction services for workforce housing, including associated tax, grant, and regulatory matters, and the financing and operation of mixed-income housing. All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P) by 2:00 p.m. on Friday, November 4, 2022.

To be considered, all proposals must be sent via email to Browne Sebright, Housing Program Manager at browne.sebright@parkcity.org by 3:00 p.m. on Friday, January 27, 2023. Do not submit proposals in U3P.

Park City Municipal Corporation reserves the right to reject any and all proposals for any reason and to waive any minor irregularities in any submittals.
