NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR DEFENSIBLE SPACE PROGRAM 2022 (NON-BID)

 Project Name: Defensible Space Program 2022

Project Location: Park City, Utah

Project Description: Park City Municipal Corporation (“PCMC”) seeks proposals from qualified companies in order to plan and conduct defensible space and general best forest management practices where structures’ defensible space buffer areas of approximately 100 feet fall within City owned properties in Park City, Utah.

RFP Available: A copy of the RFP will be available Thursday, June 16, 2022, and can be obtained electronically by emailing Logan Jones, Trails and Open Space Coordinator, at logan.jones@parkcity.org. Specifications will be available via email request from June 16, 2022, until June 30, 2022.

Propoals Dues: By 2:00 p.m. MST on Thursday, June 30, 2022 via email to logan.jones@parkcity.org. Due to email size limits it is recommended that proposals be submitted using a file hosting service.

All questions shall be submitted via email to logan.jones@parkcity.org by Tuesday , June 28, 2022, at 11:00 a.m.

Park City Municipal Corporation reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received for any reason. Furthermore, PCMC reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any minor irregularities in any proposal.
