PCMC is inviting bids from qualified applicants to provide a comprehensive software/SaaS solution for Public Works and City operations, including work orders and asset management to streamline processes.

While intended for the Public Works Department, the ideal solution would accommodate broader City functions to simplify and centralize workstreams, meet periodic increased user counts (up to 800 PT/Seasonal staff), and provide for self-serve post-implementation customizations.

Proposals will be received electronically, via email. All submissions must be received by 3:00 p.m. MDT on Tuesday, May 24, 2022.
