Park Avenue Bus Shelters Improvements (Sidewalk & Road work)

The project consists of furnishing all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and services required for the construction of work pertinent to installing sidewalk, curb and gutter, and roadway improvements on Park Avenue. This will be in combination with the ongoing bus shelter project.

Quinn’s Junction Park & Ride

The project consists of furnishing all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and services required for the construction work pertinent to Quinn’s Junction Park and Ride. Including but not limited to : 1) Installation of new asphalt pavement section parking lot; 2) Concrete bus pullout along Old Highway 40; 3) Installation of curb, gutter and sidewalk along Old Highway 40 and SR-248; and 4) Installation of storm, sanitary sewer and waterline; 5) Installation of Infiltration Basins; 6) Installation of Boulder Retaining Wall

Rossi Hill Roadway Improvements

The project consists of furnishing all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and services required for the construction work pertinent to the modification of existing utilities and roadway improvements on Rossi Hill Drive.

 

 

The Engineering Department has recently started to use VPO software as way to manage and track the bidding process. If you have interest in bidding on the above projects, please email melanie.jackson@parkcity.org. Please include name, email, phone #, and the project of interest. You will receive a setup email from the VPO support team on how to create an account (in 24hrs, if you have not received the email, please verify it is not in the spam folder).  Once set up you will be able to access the bidding documentation for the desired project.

NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

 CONSERVATION EASEMENT MONITORING 2021

 

Project Name: Conservation Easement Monitoring 2021

Project Location: Park City, Utah

Project Description: Park City Municipal Corporation (“PCMC” or the “City”) is seeking request for qualifications (“RFQ”) from certified Land Trusts to provide services associated with independent third-party monitoring services.

 

RFP Available: A copy of the RFP will be available November 8, 2021, and can be obtained either electronically by emailing Heinrich Deters, Trails and Open Space Manager, at hdeters@parkcity.org. Specifications will be available via email request from November 8, 2021, until November 23, 2021.

Proposals Dues: By 2:00 p.m. (MST) on November 23, 2021 via email to Heinrich Deters, Trails and Open Space Manager, at hdeters@parkcity.org. Due to email size limits it is recommended that proposals be submitted using a file hosting service.

 

All questions shall be submitted via email to hdeters@parkcity.org no later than November 15, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. (MST).

 

Park City Municipal Corporation reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received for any reason. Furthermore, PCMC reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any minor irregularities in any proposal.
