NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

 TREASURE HILL CONSERVATION EASEMENT

Project Name: Treasure Hill Conservation Easement 2021

Project Location: Park City, Utah

Project Description: Park City Municipal Corporation is seeking request for qualifications (RFQ) from certified Land Trusts to provide services associated with the development of a resource management plan, baseline documentation, drafting/grantee of a conservation easement and on-going stewardship of the easement.  Costs will be negotiated with the selected organization following a management plan process, and approval of a conservation easement at an open public meeting.

RFP Available: A copy of the RFP will be available Monday, October 25, 2021 at 12:00pm (MST), and can be obtained electronically by emailing Heinrich Deters, Trails and Open Space Manager, at hdeters@parkcity.org. Specifications will be available via email request from October 25, 2021, until November 8, 2021.

Propoals Dues: By 2:00 p.m. (MST) on Tuesday, November 9, 2021 via email to Heinrich Deters, Trails and Open Space Manager, at hdeters@parkcity.org. Due to email size limits it is recommended that proposals be submitted using a file hosting service.

All questions shall be submitted via email to hdeters@parkcity.org no later than Friday, November 5, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. (MST).

Park City Municipal Corporation reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received for any reason. Furthermore, PCMC reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any minor irregularities in any proposal.
