NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR LAND SURVEYING & CONSULTANT SERVICES (NON-BID)
Park City Municipal Corporation (“PCMC” or the “City”) is seeking the services of a qualified land planning team to determine the developable feasibility and to provide entitlement services for the following project:

PROPOSALS DUE:

1. Is there an enhanced ALTA report?
The ALTA report received at time of purchase of the property can be found HERE.
2. What exactly is the City looking for, is there already a goal for development?
There is not yet a determined plan for development for the property. The purpose of the RFP is to determine the feasibility for possible affordable housing development, and to prepare the property for development through the annexation and entitlement processes. There are no details determined yet as far as density, management, or other factors.
PCMC reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received for any reason. Furthermore, the City shall have the right to waive any informality or technicality in proposals received when in the best interest of the City.
