Sealed bids for the construction of the Deer Valley Drive Stripping and Signage project will be received by Corey Legge, Project Manager, Park City Municipal Corporation at the Office of Engineering, 445 Marsac Avenue, Park City, Utah 84060, by 3:00 p.m. local time Wednesday, July 15, 2020, and then at 3:05 PM that same day and place will be publicly opened and read aloud. 

The work consists of the following items within the project area of Deer Valley Drive between Bonanza Drive and the roundabout at Marsac Avenue: 1) Removal of existing pavement markings; 2) Asphalt Seal Coat; 3) Installation of new pavement markings; and 4) Installation of new traffic signage. The Bidding Documents will be available: June 24, 2020, and may be obtained from the issuing office via email to corey.legge@parkcity.org.

Bid security shall be furnished by a certified or cashier’s check, or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid price payable to PARK CITY MUNICIPAL CORPORATION as a guarantee that the Bidder, if its Bid is accepted, will promptly execute the contract, provide evidence of insurance, and furnish a satisfactory faithful performance bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total bid price and a payment bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total bid price. Park City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any minor irregularities in any proposal.
