Crescent Tramway MSE Retaining Wall

Sealed bids for the construction of the Crescent Tramway MSE Retaining Wall (Bid Schedule A) and Hillside Avenue Historic Wall Rehabilitation (Bid Schedule B) project will be received by Corey Legge, Project Manager, Park City Municipal Corporation at the Office of Engineering, 445 Marsac Avenue, Park City, Utah 84060, by 3:00 p.m. local time Wednesday, June 3, 2020, and then at 3:05 PM that same day and place will be publicly opened and read aloud.

The work consists of: 1) Construction of a Mechanically Stabilized Earth (MSE) retaining wall approximately 60 feet in length and a maximum height of 9 feet 6 inches. 2) Construction of a gravity wall (gabian retaining wall) approximately 110 feet in length and a maximum height of 8 feet 6inches. The Bidding Documents will be available: May 13, 2020, and may be obtained from the issuing office via email to corey.legge@parkcity.org.

Bid security shall be furnished by a certified or cashier’s check, or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid price payable to PARK CITY MUNICIPAL CORPORATION as a guarantee that the Bidder, if its Bid is accepted, will promptly execute the contract, provide evidence of insurance, and furnish a satisfactory faithful performance bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total bid price and a payment bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total bid price. Park City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any minor irregularities in any proposal.
