Old Town Stairs Project 2020

Park City Municipal Corporation (PCMC) seeks qualified professional design and engineering services for the following tasks associated with Old Town stair construction: Topographic survey mapping and utility mapping, development of  concept plan for City review and acceptance, Construction Drawings, Specifications, structural calculations, Bid Documents, limited Project Management and Inspection (anticipate weekly site visit), and answering questions from the contractor. Coordination with utilities is anticipated with the design/engineering on this project. For a more detailed RFP please contact Logan Jones via e-mail at  logan.jones@parkcity.org. The deadline for receipt of submittals is 2:00 p.m. April 6, 2020. PCMC reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any minor irregularities in any proposal.
