Prospector Avenue Streetscape Project

Sealed bids for the construction of the Prospector Avenue Streetscape project will be received by Corey Legge, Project Manager, Park City Municipal Corporation at the Office of Engineering, 445 Marsac Avenue, Park City, Utah 84060, by 3:00 p.m. local time Monday, March 23, 2020, and then at 3:05 PM that same day and place will be publicly opened and read aloud. 

 

The work consists of planting bed and irrigation system installation along the north and south sides of Prospector Avenue and along sections of Gold Dust Avenue street(s) in Park City, Utah. Irrigation system includes water meter and point of connection equipment installation on both north and south sides of the street, piping, equipment and controller(s). Bidding Documents will be available: March 2, 2020, and may be obtained from MGB+A via email to:gregb@grassligroup.com  A Bid Bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid is required.  Specifications are currently on file and may be viewed at the Park City Municipal Engineering Office.  The successful bidder will be required to furnish performance and payment bonds in the amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. Park City Municipal Corporation reserves the right to reject any and all proposals for any reason and to waive any minor irregularities in any proposal.
